The United States faces an escalating health crisis, one that has been ignored or inadequately addressed by successive White House administrations. With diseases ravaging the population, especially among children, it is clear that the country’s health system needs a radical overhaul. President Trump’s announcement to appoint Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the head of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) offers the potential for such a transformation. This is a shift that will certainly disrupt the entrenched interests and patterns of the nation’s healthcare policies, particularly those influenced by the pharmaceutical industry and other corporate forces.

The suggestion of RFK Jr. taking the helm has already provoked a fierce backlash from powerful institutions that control the media. In a recent piece, the New York Times quoted Mandy Cohen, the current Director of the CDC, warning against RFK Jr.’s appointment. Why would such a warning be issued at this time? The role of the head of HHS is one of the most significant positions in public health and has the potential to set the course for how health issues in America are handled in the coming decades. It could effectively be the most pivotal appointment in the modern history of U.S. healthcare.

Yet, despite the magnitude of this potential shift, what is the New York Times and our federal health agencies not telling the public? What remains unsaid about the leadership of our health agencies?

For over 50 years, the directors of most influential agencies like the National Cancer Institute (NCI), the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), the FDA, the CDC, and the USDA have held their positions without much public scrutiny or challenges on accountability. Our health officials more often than not come from prestigious Ivy League institutions and carry impressive resumes, but their careers are rarely examined in full. What’s often left out of the conversation is their frequent ties to the very pharmaceutical companies they are supposed to oversee. Many have close financial relationships with industry leaders, and once their government terms end, they frequently return to the pharmaceutical sector, furthering the corporate interests they once regulated, or join a lucrative K Street lobbying firm acting on behalf of the drug industry. This revolving door between the government and the pharmaceutical industry has been the leading contributor to the mounting horrible statistics about Americans’ poor state of health and repeated failures in health policies to tackle these problems.

A striking example is that of Dr. Julie Gerberding, former CDC Director, who oversaw the controversial handling of the MMR vaccine’s safety. After leaving the CDC, Dr. Gerberding accepted a high-profile position as the head of Merck’s vaccine division, the same company that manufactures the MMR vaccine. This is a glaring conflict of interest, yet it rarely comes up in mainstream media discussions about public health.

The question must be asked: what have these agencies and officials actually achieved in terms of public health improvements? With federal health expenditures over $4.5 trillion or 17.3 percent of the nation’s GDP, the U.S. now ranks dead last in life expectancy among the world’s most developed countries. This decline is happening as other countries see improvements. What has the government’s health bureaucracy actually done to reverse this disturbing trend?

The failures of the U.S. health system are not just abstract. They have had real consequences for millions of Americans, particularly as many dangerous drugs and chemicals were approved by federal health agencies without adequate safety testing or consideration of long-term effects. Some of the most notorious examples include:

  • Thalidomide: Caused severe birth defects in the 1950s and 1960s.
  • Diethylstilbestrol (DES): Hormone treatment later linked to severe reproductive problems.
  • Vioxx: Linked to heart attacks and strokes, withdrawn in 2004 after contributing to tens of thousands of deaths.
  • Fen-Phen: Weight loss drug associated with heart disease and pulmonary hypertension.
  • OxyContin: Highly addictive opioid, contributing to the opioid crisis.
  • Valsartan: Hypertension drug later discovered to be a carcinogen
  • Remdesivir: Questionable efficacy and safety, severe kidney damage, especially in treating COVID-19.
  • SSRIs (Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil): Increased suicide risk, serotonin syndrome, and sexual dysfunction.
  • Benzodiazepines (Xanax, Valium, Ativan): Associated with addiction, dependency, and cognitive impairment.
  • Adderall and Ritalin: Stimulants linked to addiction, psychiatric symptoms, and cardiovascular issues.
  • mRNA COVID-19 Vaccines: Controversial safety profile, linked to myocarditis, autoimmune conditions, and cardiovascular complications.
  • H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine: Linked to neurological diseases, seizures and paralysis
  • Gardasil (HPV Vaccine): Linked to fibromyalgia, neurological issues, and autoimmune disorders.
  • Thimerosal (Mercury): Vaccine preservative, associated with neurological damage and developmental issues.
  • DDT: Toxic pesticide linked to cancer, reproductive harm, and environmental damage.
  • Glyphosate: A herbicide linked to cancer, endocrine disruption, and liver damage.
  • Chlorpyrifos: Insecticide shown to cause neurodevelopmental issues in children, including autism spectrum disorders.
  • Paraquat:  Herbicide linked to respiratory failure, Parkinson’s and death.
  • Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH): Linked to cancer and other health concerns due to hormone disruption.
  • Essure: Permanent birth control device linked to perforation of uterus and ectopic pregnancies.
  • Talcum Powder: Linked to ovarian cancer and respiratory issues from asbestos contamination.

These are just a handful of examples of dangerous products that have been approved by government agencies, despite the evidence of significant health risks. For too long, health officials have acted as lobbyists for pharmaceutical companies rather than advocates for the public’s well-being.

What could RFK Jr. bring to the table that would address these ongoing issues? RFK Jr. has long been an advocate for environmental health and has consistently exposed the dangers of corporate corruption and pollution. He is a well-known critic of the pharmaceutical industry’s undue influence on public health. His work has centered around the idea that the government’s health agencies need to be free from corporate influence in order to properly prioritize public safety over corporate profit.

If appointed to head HHS, RFK Jr. would represent a seismic shift in U.S. public health policy. He is committed to preventing disease rather than simply managing it after the fact. His leadership would bring much-needed independence to agencies that have been compromised by corporate interests, ensuring that the safety of drugs, medical devices, and vaccines is properly scrutinized without financial bias and corporate coercion. This would be a dramatic change from the status quo, where public health agencies are often seen as collaborators with the very industries they are supposed to regulate.

Moreover, RFK Jr. would likely reduce the number of vaccines on the CDC’s childhood vaccination schedule, and emphasize the importance of individual health choices in the face of corporate agendas. This approach would shift the focus back to true healthcare reform—prioritizing prevention, patient autonomy, and scientific independence.

RFK Jr.’s appointment could be a necessary revolution in American healthcare, one that has been sorely needed for decades. His commitment to holding corporate interests accountable and ensuring that health policies prioritize the public good over profits will potentially save millions of lives and reverse the nation’s alarming decline in health.

America’s health crisis is not inevitable—it is the result of decades of mismanagement, corporate greed, and misguided policies. The time has come for a leader who is willing to challenge the status quo and demand real change. RFK Jr. has proven time and again that he is willing to take on the corruption and corporate influence that has poisoned our health system. With him leading the Department of Health and Human Services, there is hope for a healthier future for all Americans.

Although all of our federal health agencies need a harsh scrubbing, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) stands out in particular. RFK Jr has called the CDC “a cesspool of corruption.” Unlike the FDA, which has a contract with the American public to assure warnings about health risks and contraindications of registered drugs and medical devices, the CDC has no such contract with the nation’s citizenry.  It holds no ethical standard and abides by no mandated rules of law.

What if you were to know that a cabal of corrupt bureaucrats and scientists at the heart of the CDC have known for over two decades that vaccines, including the influenza and measles vaccines, can lead to autism and other neurological disorders? Most people are unaware that the CDC is a militarized federal agency influenced by private pharmaceutical interests. Its policies drive profits for itself and its partners. During this same time period the agency was committed to having as many Americans mandated to be fully vaccinated, irrespective of how many lives are injured.  This is the very same mindset and disregard for human life that created and oversaw the notorious 40-year Tuskegee Syphilis Study, which infected hundreds of Black men in Alabama and deprived them of penicillin treatment. The CDC oversaw and continued the study from 1946 until a whistleblower, Peter Buxtun, leaked the details to the media in 1972. 

The agency may best be understood as an independent “deep state,” which is secretive, non-transparent, and conducts itself in covert ways behind the disguise of heralding public health.  The deep-seated problems that reside in the CDC are not going unnoticed by a growing number of Americans. A Rand Corporation survey of public trust in the agency during the Covid-19 pandemic found a 10 percent decline. https://www.rand.org/news/press/2021/04/05.html For decades distrust in the CDC has been high among Black Americans; today, levels of trust among non-Hispanic whites and Hispanic respondents are comparable.  One of the fundamental reasons for Americans’ mistrust and skepticism has been the agency’s culture of muddying the lines between scientific facts and compromised opinions that support gross and deep-seated conflicts of interest.  

Once regarded as a bastion of public health integrity, the CDC has faced persistent criticism for it’s handling of major health crises, its deep entanglements with private pharmaceutical companies, and ethical lapses that compromise its role as a public health agency. Over the years, its partnerships, policies, and decisions have led to allegations of conflicts of interest, data manipulation, and prioritization of corporate interests over public welfare. These issues have not only tainted the CDC’s reputation but also undermined pubic trust. Examining the CDC and its affiliate organizations such as the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), directed by Dr. Anthony Fauci for half a century, reveals a disturbing pattern of influence by powerful private interests, particularly the most powerful and influential pharmaceutical corporations and philanthropic organizations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

The CDC’s handling of domestic and global vaccination initiatives in collusion with the Global Vaccine Action Plan (GVAP)—a program endorsed by ethical violations and internal corruption. For instance, Gates-funded polio eradication efforts involving the CDC caused vaccine-derived polio outbreaks in some low-income countries, raising questions about the safety and implementation of live-virus vaccines. Additionally, hepatitis B immunization trials in India, supported by the CDC and Gates funding, were criticized for unethical practices, including inadequate informed consent. These controversies reveal the dangers of aligning public health goals with corporate and philanthropic interests that often prioritize measurable outputs—like vaccination rates—over the long-term well-being of communities.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, whistleblowers alleged that the CDC intentionally withheld critical data on booster performance in younger populations to avoid undermining public confidence in vaccines. These actions further give evidence that the agency prioritizes pharmaceutical interests over transparent public health guidance.

The CDC’s relationship with the NIAID’s partnerships with the Gates Foundation have significantly shaped global vaccine research, including initiatives targeting HIV/AIDS. The Gates Foundation committed $100 million to NIAID’s HIV Vaccine Trials Network (HVTN), funding Moderna’s and Johnson &Johnson’s mRNA vaccine clinical trials involving companies like Moderna and Johnson & Johnson. The HVTN 702 trial also known as the Uhambo trial was halted in 2020 due to its failure to demonstrate efficacy and the serious adverse effects in the vaccine’s recipients. Similarly, Johnson & Johnson’s Imbokodo trial for an HIV vaccine was discontinued also for lack of protection. A major criticism that can be leveled against the CDC teaming up with the Gates Foundation on new vaccines in poor nations is that we are placing undue emphasis on pharmaceutical solutions at the expense of cheaper and more viable public health interventions such as sanitation, clean water, nutrition and education.

Corruption within the agency has also entered the ranks of CDC personnel.  A group of CDC scientists who called themselves SPIDER (Scientists Preserving the Integrity, Diligence and Ethics in Research) became anonymous whistleblowers after releasing a written complaint criticizing the agency for operating as a tax-funded subsidiary of the drug industry in partnership with the FDA. After a Congressional Government Reform Committee brought CDC officials to testify before legislators, the Committee concluded the agency had routinely allowed scientists with conflicts of interest to serve on its two advisory committees that make recommendations on vaccine policy

The blurring of the lines between the pharmaceutical industry and our federal health agencies has been a scandal evolving over the course of several decades. The revolving door between private interests and top government employees never ceases to gyrate.  For example, former CDC director Julie Gerberding left the agency to become president of Merck’s vaccine division, a move that has since earned her upwards of $3 million in stock options. Gerberding’s leaving the CDC followed her success in covering up the CDC’s own studies showing Merck’s MMR vaccine increases the risk of autism in African American males.  She was also instrumental in having Merck’s HPV vaccine Gardasil added to the CDC’s vaccine schedule, which has left countless teens neurologically damaged because of the vaccine’s shoddy safety trials. 

One recent example of the CDC’s illegal activities concerns CDC whistle-blower Dr. William Thompson. Dr. Thompson produced thousands of documents showing the agency was deeply involved in a concerted cover-up operation to conceal the MMR vaccine as a causal agent in autism. Why this has never been reported by the mainstream media is quite simple. The CDC, in partnership and through fellowship programs with the Association of Health Care Journalists hosts intelligence indoctrination programs to train journalists to serve as CDC mouthpieces. The curriculum held at the CDC’s Atlanta campus includes propaganda in federal health policies, epidemiology (no authentic gold standard biological science), pandemic preparedness, vaccine safety and autism. Journalists are also instructed to access CDC publications and databases to peruse federal resources, public relations kits, and propaganda. 

This may have been the turning point when the Centers morphed into a pseudo-intelligence agency and assumed a “deep state” role by adopting an inquisitional task of population surveillance and information data collection as a matter of intelligence gathering instead of improving healthcare. During the past years, this has further grown into spying and covert operations against the critics of our national health and immunization policies. Immunization, as described on the CDC’s website, is now a matter of national and global security.  Therefore, no longer are vaccines simply a public health intervention. In fact, immunization has been removed from science altogether and consequently can only rely upon flawed and unreliable research to support policy templates and recommendations that get enacted at state levels. These policies are left for politicians to debate, which is rarely done, and is no longer open for discussion among expert medical researchers outside of the CDC’s ranks and its network of trolls, shills and medical puppets spewing disinformation into the public sector.  This alone is sufficient incentive for targeting and silencing voices challenging vaccine safety and efficacy and who demand a reevaluation of vaccination and its toxic ingredients. 

Few people realize that the CDC owns 56 vaccine patents; these patents are licensed to drug makers with royalties who later buy and distribute $4.6 billion worth of vaccines through its Vaccines for Children Program, which accounts for 40% of its budget. This has given rise to a 2015 British Medical Journalinvestigative report accusing the CDC of becoming a lapdog for commercial interests. 

The CDC also controls a separate non-profit organization known as the CDC Foundation, which operates much like an astro turf group. Founded in 1992 through an amendment inserted into George H.W. Bush’s Preventative Health Act, the Foundation operates outside of Congressional oversight for the sole purpose of bolstering the CDC’s public mission. This is clearly stated in its documentation:  

 “The Foundation shall not be an agency or instrumentality of the Federal Government, and officers, employees and members of the board of the Foundation shall not be officers of the Federal government…. The purpose of the Foundation shall be to support and carry out activities for the prevention and control of diseases, disorders, injuries and disabilities, and for promotion of public health… the Foundation shall establish a fund for providing endowments for positions that are associated with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention…”

It’s stated mission is to “help the CDC do more, faster” by forming private-public partnerships, particularly with pharmaceutical companies. This allows the agency to fund initiatives that may not be covered by federal budgets, such as vaccine development, disease monitoring, and global health programs. However, the reliance on private donations has created a system where corporations like Merck, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, and Johnson & Johnson– and of course the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation—can fund CDC projects, potentially shaping the agency’s priorities in ways that align with their commercial interests. Critics argue that this funding mechanism compromises the CDC’s ability to act as an impartial public health body. 

Moreover, endowments to the Foundation are “unrestricted,” which means they can be spent solely based upon the discretion of the donator and to support the giver’s vested interests.  Among the CDC Foundation’s list of partners we find all of the large vaccine makers – Glaxo, Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, and Sanofi Pasteur – and of course the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. In one instance, Coca-Cola provided funding for obesity research through the Foundation. This partnership faced backlash because it only served Coca-Cola’s interests by deflecting attention from the role of sugary beverages in obesity and diabetes.  A Freedom of Information Act submission discovered that the CDC had been providing guidance to Coca-Cola for influencing authorities on sugar and beverage policies. In another example, Roche, the manufacturer of the drug Tamiflu against influenza infection, donated $193,000 to the Foundation in return for the CDC’s advocating the drug’s benefits for relieving flu symptoms.  This completely undermines the FDA’s own ruling that Tamiflu’s clinical trial data does not support the claims that the drug saves lives or lessens hospitalization. 

It has also been through the CDC Foundation that Bill Gates’ faux philanthropy has been able to buy off and influence the CDC. Gates has given tens of millions of dollars to the Foundation largely for global vaccination projects.  In 2013, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation gave $13.5 million to support the CDC’s efforts to undertake surveillance and increase meningitis and rotavirus vaccination rates in Sub-Sahara Africa. 

During the H1N1 pandemic in 2009, the CDC promoted widespread vaccination using vaccines produced by companies that were also significant contributors to the CDC Foundation. Critics accused the agency of overstating the severity of the pandemic to justify vaccine rollouts, benefiting manufacturers like GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis. Later, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the CDC Foundation played a key role in facilitating numerous public-private partnerships. Pfizer and Moderna, both major contributors to the Foundation, benefited immensely from their mRNA vaccines being expedited for approval and widespread government-funded distribution. Other partnerships included Facebook working with National Governors Association to spread the federal government’s pandemic policies across social media; Google ,Apple and CVS Health received Foundation support to increase Covid-19 testing and vaccination campaigns; and all of the staff and contact tracers required for these national endeavors came from the Foundation’s partnering with the Bill Gates Foundation, Facebook and Walmart.

Other intelligence activities often associated with a “deep state” and now undertaken by the CDC include pressuring peer-reviewed medical journals to retract studies that challenge their ideology or endanger the agency’s reputation.  In 2014, Prof Brian Hooker, a biochemist at Simpson University, reevaluated the CDC’s own data showing a 350% increase in autism among very young African American males receiving the MMR. Initially approved for publication by the journal Translational Neurodegeneration, the study was shortly thereafter suspended after the CDC pressured the journal with fabricated claims against Dr. Hooker. This is a textbook case of intelligence sabotage of a critic by false accusation.  

Similar to the Pentagon and the CIA, the CDC has also infiltrated Hollywood. Hidden within the corridors on the University of Southern California campus is the relatively unknown organization Hollywood Health and Society. Its top funders include the CDC, the National Cancer Institute, the Office of National Drug Control Policy and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.  The small organization’s mission is to provide “briefings and consultations with experts, case examples, panel discussions about timely health issues” for Hollywood scriptwriters and producers. 

To our peril, federal agencies take full advantage of the average American’s medical illiteracy.  A Michigan State University survey found that only 4% of American adults had an understanding about stem cells. Seventy percent could “not read or understand” the science section in the New York Times.  An earlier study funded by the US National Science Foundation noted that about half of Americans understood that the earth rotates once around the sun annually, 45% of people had an “acceptable” understanding of DNA, and only 22% knew what a molecule was.  Although scientific illiteracy is an enormous threat to a functioning democracy and an informed public, nevertheless it is a boon for the CDC and the vaccine industry. Manipulating this ignorance with heavy doses of fear tactics, such as revealed through the CDC’s press model to guide the mainstream media’s role in increasing vaccine compliance, health officials have managed to successfully thwart many efforts to educate the public to evaluate the pros and cons of vaccination. 

One example of the CDC’s medical negligence is the rising epidemic of citizens who are immune-compromised and, therefore, most susceptible to adverse vaccine reactions. When a severe condition of immunosuppression is clearly diagnosed, it is not uncommon for physicians to withhold vaccinations.  But how many Americans are immune-compromised?  When this question was posed to a researcher at Johns Hopkins University, to his surprise Dr. Theo Schall discovered there are no statistics and there has never been an accurate accounting conducted by the CDC or HHS to determine how many Americans are immune-compromised.  These same individuals are at higher risk for drug and vaccine injuries as well as infection from wild pathogens. Federal vaccine policies do not differentiate the population with weakened immune systems from healthier individuals. The CDC’ immunization schedule is a one-size-fits-all paradigm. Its bottom line demands that everyone should and must be vaccinated. 

After reviewing the different immune-compromised populations (eg, immunosenescence or weakened immunity due to age in the senior population, malnourishment, cancer patients, people with AIDS and HIV, transplant recipients, patients under immunosuppressive drugs with autoimmune conditions, and primary genetic immunodeficiency disorders, Schall estimated there were approximately 122.6 million Americans with a weakened immune system. Our revaluation of the available figures places this figure now at 130.4 million, over one-third of the US population.

The question whether 130 million people, including hundreds of thousands of children, should be subject to medications carrying serious adverse complications and vaccines, including the new generation of mRNA Covid-19 vaccines that have no prior precedence for observing long-term adverse effects, is never discussed. Volumes of medical and biochemical research confirming the severe vaccine ingredients are also ignored. Nor is any consideration given to the number of vaccines administered and the risks due to the accumulative levels of toxic ingredients when multiple vaccines are given simultaneously or within short time intervals. Nor do pediatricians routinely evaluate the state of children’s immunological health before determining whether or not to administer certain drugs and vaccines. There is no profit from delaying or postponing vaccination.  No perks are received from insurance companies for increasing vaccination compliance. RFK Jr has stated on many occasions that establishing a gold-standard evaluation of vaccine and childhood drug safety is a top priority. 

The CDC has yet to conduct or fund definitive and legitimate studies to determine once and for all individual vaccine safety and whether or not vaccines as exogenous factors are contributing to the onslaught of illnesses ravishing the country. Yes, such gold standard studies, which remain absent from the pro-vaccine arsenal, would be very costly.  But that would be the price to pay to bring sanity to the irrational conclusions of the CDC’s decision makers on our nation’s national advisory vaccine committee. Nevertheless, the cumulative financial cost of all previous government sponsored fake science would be a small price to pay for the future well-being of children.  

During Congressional proceedings in 2002 into the causes for the unaccountable rise in autism in the United States, CDC officials confirmed no studies have been undertaken to compare the quality of health between vaccinated and unvaccinated children. Yet the subcommittee was assured by the CDC that such studies would be conducted. A decade later, when the CDC was again yanked back into a subcommittee, still no studies had been conducted, and again, Congress was assured such studies were forthcoming. Again during Trump’s first presidency, the CDC confirmed to RFK Jr no such studies have been conducted. 

Corruption at the CDC is not limited to national vaccine policies and the deceptive manipulation of scientific data to further advance a national vaccination regime. The agency misled the nation on other health issues that in turn shape government policies. It has been accused of inflating numbers of rapes in the US. The CDC estimated 2 million rapes occurred within a single year; however, the Justice Department’s crime statistics recorded only 238,000. Later Time magazine reported that the manner the CDC gathered its information was extremely flawed and biased.

In 2016 The Hill reported that the CDC misled Congress with its WISEWOMAN project —  a national screening and evaluation project to help reduce heart disease risks in women between 40-64 and to promote healthier lifestyles.  The CDC’s data of the project was all “cooked” to make the results look better than it was and that the project was larger and more inclusive than it actually was

Reorganizing the CDC and its affiliates is essential for rebuilding public trust. This requires a comprehensive purge of conflicting influences and the establishment of strict ethical guidelines to ensure that public health policies are guided by science, not profit. Without such reforms, the CDC risks perpetuating a legacy of mistrust, mismanagement, and misplaced priorities that jeopardize its mission to protect and promote public health.

If RFK Jr. is confirmed to head the HHS, he will be mandated to clean up the systemic corruption in American healthcare.  This has petrified the medical establishment, especially the bureaucratic order in the health agencies and Big Pharma executives. There is no statute of limitations on committing humanitarian crimes. When RFK tweets on X that he is looking for Dr. Fauci, he is sending a message that he is profoundly serious to “make American healthy again,” and that means weeding out the corruption and holding our health officials accountable for the disgraceful quality of health across the nation. Every major lobby group, mainstream media outlet, and technocrat in Washington has attacked RFK with the intention to tarnish his reputation. This time around his appointment will reveal the litany of lies Americans have been fed for decades for the sole purpose of increasing corporate profits, including the truth about Covid-19 virus and the draconian pandemic policies that were based on flawed science and rigged vaccine efficacy and safety trials. RFK is the single person with a life-long career with the knowledge and legal skills to hold these agencies to account.  At this time, this is the single qualification most needed. If there is anyone uniquely qualified to oversee our federal health agencies and purge them of compromised technocrats, bureaucrats and scientists for hire, it is RFK Jr.
